Since 2019, the ZIEX ZE320 pattern, which is the successor of the ZIEX ZE310 pattern, which has been used as a homologation tire in many automotive manufacturers in the market and has received good marks from the tests of many tire authorities such as ADAC and Autobild, and will be launched in Turkey next month, was introduced to the sales team with a special event at Istanbul Tuzla Autodrom track on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
After the transfer of the guests from different regions of Turkey from the airport to the race track, the event started with the opening speech of Toshihiko Komatsu, Chairman and CEO of Sumitomo Rubber AKO. CEO Komatsu informed the attendees about the brand history and innovation of Falken tires, which have been developed with discipline and experience over many years, as well as years of dedicated support in sales.
Sumitomo Rubber AKO Technical Departments Senior Manager Yuto Hashimoto made a detailed presentation about the innovations and technical features of Falken ZIEX ZE320. He mentioned that it is a product that is more respectful to nature with sustainable materials applied in raw material technology. During the event, both manufacturers, distributors and field managers had the chance to exchange ideas.
During the day-long event, ZIEX ZE320 driving experience was realized by all guests with high-performance vehicles on the challenging track full of curves created on the track. All participants had the opportunity to test the ZE320 in the area closed to traffic with the test vehicles prepared for them. In addition to the advanced wet and dry ground performances that stand out with the new design, it has also received great appreciation from the guests with its superior handling and cornering performance on the challenging track. At the end of the test drive, FALKEN ZIEX ZE320 received full marks from all participants.
In the event, which also included driving simulation activities, some of the participants determined by lottery experienced exciting and unforgettable moments by co-driving in the drift and rally vehicles of the motorsports team supported by Falken.
The ZIEX ZE320 pattern, which will be on the market as of August, will be available in 60 different sizes ranging from 15'-18' inch.
